Non-Detained Hearings Postponed as of March 29, 2021
While some immigration courts across the country have resumed Non-Detained Hearings, ALL Non-Detained Hearings meant to take place at Broadway, Federal Plaza, or Varick Street court have been postponed through, and including, May 14, 2021.
